How we work

Structured delivery, without the black box

Clear communication, defined responsibilities and accountable project management. You always know who is doing what, by when, and what it produced.

Step 01

Understand

We identify your goals, gaps and priorities.

We start with a discovery call and an audit of what you already have — website, search presence, social channels, and the admin load quietly draining your team. You get a written summary of where the gaps are and what to fix first.

What this includes

  • Discovery call and stakeholder briefing
  • Website, SEO and channel audit
  • Competitor and market snapshot
  • Priority roadmap with clear sequencing
Step 02

Build

We recommend the right services and workflow.

We map the exact scope, assign the specialists who will own it, and set the workflow — communication cadence, tools, approval points and timelines. You know who does what before a single task starts.

What this includes

  • Scope and service recommendation
  • Named team and responsibilities
  • Tooling, access and workflow setup
  • Agreed timelines and milestones
Step 03

Deliver

We execute with clear timelines and communication.

Work runs to schedule with regular check-ins and a shared view of progress. Nothing disappears into a black box — you always know what shipped this week and what is next.

What this includes

  • Weekly progress updates
  • Shared task board and visibility
  • Structured review and approval
  • Overlap with your business hours
Step 04

Improve

We review performance and refine as you grow.

We report on what the work actually produced — traffic, rankings, leads, engagement, hours saved — and adjust. As your priorities shift, the team composition shifts with them.

What this includes

  • Monthly performance reporting
  • Optimisation and iteration
  • Quarterly strategy review
  • Scale services up or down as needed
If you have to chase us for an update, the process has already failed. Reporting is not a favour — it is part of the work.

Our delivery principle

Communication

How we stay in touch

Distance only becomes a problem when communication is left to chance. Every engagement has an agreed rhythm from day one.

  • A named point of contact, not a shared inbox
  • Genuine overlap with your working day
  • Written summaries so nothing depends on memory
  • Clear escalation path when something is urgent

Weekly check-in

A scheduled call or written update every week covering what shipped, what is next and anything blocked.

Monthly reporting

Performance against the metrics that matter to you — traffic, rankings, leads, engagement, hours returned.

Shared task board

Live visibility of every task, its owner and its status. No need to ask where something is up to.

Direct access

A named contact reachable by email, Slack or Teams during overlapping business hours.

Our delivery team is based in the Philippines. The team has spent years working with an Australian web development company, so we are already aligned to Australian standards, expectations and business hours — while serving clients worldwide.

Yes, and most clients do. Start with the service you need today — a website build, an SEO program, a social media manager or a virtual assistant — and expand as your priorities grow. There is no requirement to take everything at once.

The Philippines sits within two to three hours of most Australian time zones, so you get genuine same-day overlap. For UK and US clients we schedule dedicated overlap hours and run asynchronous handovers so work continues around the clock.

You get a named point of contact, an agreed communication cadence and a shared task board. Most clients use a mix of scheduled weekly calls and a shared Slack, Teams or email thread for anything in between.

Both. We build new custom-coded, WordPress and e-commerce sites, and we also take over maintenance, optimisation and ongoing support for sites that already exist — including ones we did not build.

Project work is quoted as a fixed scope. Ongoing services — SEO, social media, virtual assistance and maintenance — run as monthly engagements sized to the hours and outcomes you need. You get a written proposal before anything begins.

Access is managed through your own accounts wherever possible, with credentials stored in a shared password manager and revoked immediately at the end of an engagement. We sign NDAs on request as standard.

Discovery calls are usually booked within a few business days. For virtual assistance and social media management, most engagements begin within one to two weeks. Website builds are scheduled against a written project timeline.
