Yes, and most clients do. Start with the service you need today — a website build, an SEO program, a social media manager or a virtual assistant — and expand as your priorities grow. There is no requirement to take everything at once.

The Philippines sits within two to three hours of most Australian time zones, so you get genuine same-day overlap. For UK and US clients we schedule dedicated overlap hours and run asynchronous handovers so work continues around the clock.

You get a named point of contact, an agreed communication cadence and a shared task board. Most clients use a mix of scheduled weekly calls and a shared Slack, Teams or email thread for anything in between.

Both. We build new custom-coded, WordPress and e-commerce sites, and we also take over maintenance, optimisation and ongoing support for sites that already exist — including ones we did not build.

Project work is quoted as a fixed scope. Ongoing services — SEO, social media, virtual assistance and maintenance — run as monthly engagements sized to the hours and outcomes you need. You get a written proposal before anything begins.
